How to use Compress PDF
- Select one or more PDF files.
- Run the local PDF structure optimization.
- Compare each original file size with the verified output size.
- Download the optimized PDF files or the complete ZIP.
Supported file formats
This tool accepts PDF. Files are checked by reading their signatures in addition to checking their names. Individual files are limited to 50 MB and a batch can contain up to 20 files with a combined size of 150 MB.
Important limitations
This version re-saves supported PDF structures using object streams. It does not recompress embedded images, and some source files may not become smaller. Review the measured output size before replacing your original.
