A long PDF may contain pages you need to share separately. Splitting creates a new PDF for each selected page and packages those page files together in a ZIP archive.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the Split PDF tool and select a PDF document.
- Enter page numbers such as 1,3-5,8, or leave the range blank to select every page.
- Create the page PDFs and check the ZIP archive result.
- Download and extract the ZIP to access the separate documents.
Helpful tips
- Page numbers start at 1, not 0.
- Do not repeat a page number in the selection.
- The tool limits each ZIP to 100 output pages and 150 MB of extracted PDFs. It makes one PDF per selected page; it does not preserve interactive forms or document-level navigation in the same way as the original.
